Shanghai HuaYi Group HuaYuan Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. , with a registered capital of 150 million RMB yuan, is subordinate to Shanghai HuaYi Group. Our company is located in Jinshan Second Industrial Park in Shanghai city, with a land of 120,000sqm (first stage) and 40,000sqm of buildings. The subsidiaries of HuaYuan include a scientific research institute (fine chemical research institute), Shanghai Pengpu Chemical Factory, ShangHai Golden Deer Chemical Industry Co., Ltd., Shanghai Colloid Chemical Factory, ShangHai XiangYang Chemical Factory, Shanghai Golden Ox Chemical Industry Co., Ltd., ShangHai XingHuo Chemical Co., Ltd., Shanghai Celluloid Factory, Shanghai Xinguang Chemical Factory and Packing & Decorative Material Branch of Shanghai Plastics Industry Co., Ltd. There are about 1,000 staffs working for HuaYuan now, 350 of them are technicians. At present, HuaYuan can produce RMB 700 million yuan and export USD 15 million of products every year.

Now, Huayuan mainly produces kinds of inorganic reagents, organic reagents, chemical reagents, plastic resins and plastic products, etc. Most of them are originate products of China, moreover, Huayuan is the owner of ten and more famous registered trademarks, including "Feiling" phosphorus chlorine products such as ethephon, phosphorus trichloride and phosphorus oxychloride; "Deer brand" synthetic camphor serial products; "TaoPu" brand relative products of synthetic camphor and perchloric acid reagents, etc; "Reindeer" brand synthetic camphor product; "Three deer" brand nylon series; "Shangjiao" brand molybdenum chemical compounds & graphite product series; "Iron anchor" brand adhesive serial products; "Golden ox" brand antioxidant, blowing agent & hydration hydrazine; " Quanzi" brand & "Crystal" sodium silicate series and "Sea ball" brand silica gel series.
